Summer Field Trips on the Farm

1. Buses and cars may park in the gravel parking lot.
2. One of our farmers will greet you at the entrance below the farm store, near the greenhouses.
3. We will collect payment in the farm store. Then, one of our farmers will direct you to the first field trip rotation.
4. After the guided portions of the field trip, you are free to rotate through the rest of the rotations, and enjoy exploring the farm!

Reservation Fee: We have implemented a reservation fee ($20) due to excessive no-shows in years past, which have limited availability for other groups. This ensures spots are secured and help us provide a great experience for everyone. If you must cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable up to seven days before your reservation date. 

Pricing: $11/person. This includes parents, siblings, and additional teachers/staff/volunteers. One teacher per class is free. Children under 2yo are free.

Payment: Full admission payment is collected upon arrival to the farm. We suggest designating one person in your group to collect payment beforehand to ensure the check-in process runs smoothly. If payment must be done over the phone or invoice, please contact office@plumperfarms.com to coordinate. We do not automatically send invoices, they must be requested via email.

• We have a minimum group size of 15, and no maximum group size. These numbers include students, adults, and teachers.
• You are welcome to have your group eat lunch/snack while at the farm. We have limited covered eating areas and picnic tables that are available on a first come first serve basis.
• Our summer field trips are estimated to be 1.5-2 hours long. This depends on how much time your group chooses to spend at each station and if your group has lunch/snack at the farm.
• We will hold our field trips rain or shine, so please communicate to families that students will need to be wearing appropriate clothing to be outside in any weather.
